Behavioral Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As a therapist you will provide in home and in school behavioral interventions to children with a variety of challenging behaviors (typically children that are within the Autism spectrum), as well as parent training. All the services and interventions are based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Training will be given to all new hires. Hours may be flexible, and we pay competitive rates, plus health insurance, paid days off, and mileage reimbursement, and more
Qualifications:

  • B.A. or M.A. in psychology or a related field.

  • Experience in working with special needs kids is a plus

  • Good writing and communication skills

  • ABA units is a plus

BCBA Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

As a supervisor you will supervise therapists working with children with a variety of challenging behaviors (typically children that are within the Autism spectrum). You will also provide parent training, and will be required to write functional assessments and progress reports. All the services and interventions are based on the principles of Applied Behavioral, and mostly provided at the children's homes. Analysis (ABA). Training will be given to all new hires. We are looking for a full time or part time supervisor, and we pay competitive rates, plus health insurance, paid days off, and mileage reimbursement, and more
Qualifications:

  • BCBA is a must

  • M.A. in psychology or a related field.

  • Experience as a supervisor is a plus, OR, at least 3 year of experience in working with special needs kids

  • Good writing and communication skills
